What is it?​

  • It is the electronic document through which the legitimate holder will inform the acquirer/debtor/acceptant, via RADIAN, of the possession of the electronic sales invoice as a bill of exchange, three (3) business days before its due date for payment.
  • It allows informing before the payment due date of the electronic sales invoice as a bill of exchange, who must be paid.
  • One or several of these events can be registered for an electronic sales invoice as a bill of exchange.

Who is responsible for generating the electronic document?​

  • The legitimate holder is responsible.

Who is responsible for receiving the electronic document?​

  • The Acquirer/Debtor/Acceptant is responsible.
Restrictions
  • This event cannot be registered if the event “Inscripción en el RADIAN de la factura electrónica de venta como título valor que circula en el territorio nacional” has not been previously registered.
  • The event “Pago total de la factura electrónica de venta” (452) restricts the generation of this event.
  • The Termination of the mandate restricts the generation of this event by the attorney.
